Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. run chrome with scale (high dpi monitor/ use Emulation.setDeviceMetricsOverride) 2. start screen image recording using Page.startScreencast 3. produced Images are wrong size What is the expected behavior? get image of the entire chrome window What went wrong? the images are reduced in size according to the scale factor Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 58.0.2993.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: attached gif showing the issue. attached NodeJS code used to produce the gif. to use the NodeJS code, run chrome with "--remote-debugging-port=9222" and install 'npm install chrome-remote-interface ' also reproduced on linux and mac the issue seems similar to https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=611799 Thanks
