Issue description
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.11; rv:54.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/54.0
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the attached file
2. Open the print preview
3. Set the following and see the preview
* Choose "Save as PDF" for Destination
* Set Margins to "None"
* Enable "Background graphics"
What is the expected behavior?
Red rectangle should entirely be on the second page.
What went wrong?
The red rectangle sits across both the first page and the second page and the text in it ("AAA") is on the first page. (See screen-flex-print-preview.png)
When a screen-only style on an element #a is removed (by clicking "toggle" link), the print layout changes to expected one. (See screen-flex-print-preview-correct.png)
