Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Update Chrome to version 56
2. Launch Chrome
3. "What is this? Chrome for ants?" 

What is the expected behavior?
Show the UI text in "normal" font size.

What went wrong?
The UI font size is way too small (for humans).
