Tested the issue on Latest Stable# 56.0.2924.76 on Windows. As per our observation setting the margin >6.4 moves the text to next page. Could you please confirm whether this is the case, so that it would help us triaging further. Thanks in Advance.

I tested it just now on the latest version. It happens also with setting the margin >6.4 but then there is information on two pages. Also if you set the margin >5.5" all information will move to the next page. Thanks.

Tested this issue on Win-10 using chrome reported version #55.0.2883.87, latest stable #56.0.2924.87 and latest canary #58.0.3019.0. Attached a screencast for reference. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ (1) Navigated to URL: https://translate.google.com/#en/ru/hello%20world. (2) Right clicked on the page - print.. (3) Customised to set the margin to 5.5''. (4) Observed that after setting the margin to 5.5'', text was placed on the first page as expected. (5) Increased the margin and at (>=5.9'') the text was moved on the next print page. Note: Tested the issue in firefox and observed the same issue at (>=5.5'') margin. andey.misnikov@ - This doesn't seems to be a chrome specific issue. Could you please confirm the same on different browsers. Thanks...!!

Given the behavior is the same in Firefox, it's really a case of the webpage not being optimized for printing, which is not something that the browser controls. |
