TLS 1.1 & 1.2 is not supporting

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.76 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. I am trying to open Salesforce pages its is showing below error. TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 is checked for my Chrome browser. The same is working on IE.

What is the expected behavior?
Site should open

What went wrong?
Stronger security is required

Hi, thanks for the report. Chrome supports TLS 1.2 so this seems likely to be a problem either on Salesforce's end or perhaps with a proxy. Are you accessing Salesforce from behind a proxy that does not support TLS 1.1 or 1.2?

I'd suggest contacting Salesforce for further support since I don't believe this is a bug in Chrome. Good luck!
