[Component Request] Please remove Internals>Graphics

Internals>Graphics is an old catch all label.  Issues that belong in triage under Compositing, WebGL, or GPU internals ended up here and didn't have a clear triage owner.

All issues have been re-triaged into other categories, and Internals>Graphics can be deprecated.

I deprecated the component. I see the label still exists on old issues. Would you like me to leave the component, or would you like to move out old issues as well, so I can completely delete the component?

I don't have a strong preference over the old component assignment.  We could move the issues to Internals>GPU and delete the component.

I've gone ahead and moved the old closed issues to Internals>GPU to ensure that they are queriable moving forward.

Flipping to issue to fixed, since all outstanding work should be done now.  Please re-open as needed.
