The sessions component converts between stores SessionTabs and SessionWindows into WebContents objects.  The current implementation on iOS as of https://codereview.chromium.org/1360993002/ uses CRWNavigationManagerStorage to persist data, but more code can be reused if the sessions component is updated for use on iOS.
