PageLoad.Clients.DataReductionProxy.PageLoad.Experimental.Bytes.Network.NonProxied shows no results

PageLoad.Clients.DataReductionProxy.PageLoad.Experimental.Bytes.Network.NonProxied and other related histograms show no results due to a consistent typo within histograms.xml.

Specifically, the second "PageLoad" is unnecessary and does not match the actual code.

Fixing a histograms.xml typo

There is an additional "PageLoad" specified within the histogram.xml
view of recently added histograms for data reduction proxy page loads.
