Looks like that change just hasn't hit those bots yet.

Yeah, that CL is currently in the builder that triggers all three of these bots: https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.android/builders/Android%20arm%20Builder%20%28dbg%29/builds/19792 Dropping priority since the fix is in. I'll close this out once the suites roll green.
