Android apps do not work with Extended Desktop

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9000.66.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.67 Safari/537.36 Platform: 9000.66.0 (Official Build) beta-channel samus Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Activate Play Store and install an app, say Gmail 2. Plug in HDMI monitor to extend Desktop 3. Open Android app and attempt to move it to second Desktop What is the expected behavior? Android app displays on second Desktop What went wrong? Android app refuses to move over to second Desktop Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 56.0.2924.67 Channel: beta OS Version: 9000.66.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0
