tests on win asan bots broken |
||||
Issue descriptionthakis> rnk, is the somewhat-recent redness on https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.fyi/builders/CrWinAsan%20tester?numbuilds=200 known / expected? <thakis> and would it block rolling? <rnk> thakis, I guess not. I don't see any base/ changes, so it might be an asan bug <rnk> thakis, hard to bisect because the buildbot doesn't have logs for https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.fyi/builders/CrWinAsan/builds/4428 <thakis> rnk, logdog might still have them <thakis> ...but maybe runhooks output doesnt' go there? <rnk> thakis, it's ok, we just have a wider regression range: bad: 291766 good: 291566 <thakis> that's not that wide <rnk> thakis, Marcos has a lot of sanitizer changes in that range <rnk> a crash on exit seems like something might have gone wrong in asan initialization / finalization

I don't think either of us have time to debug this. Let's disable the test to green the bot so we notice other regressions.

Now the tester bot is purple with lots of tests failing. :(

Removing the blocking. We need to roll winasan regardless of the test failures because right now winasan doesn't build at all, and rolling will fix that for clusterfuzz: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=694402

WinASan tests have passed, failed, and passed again in the time since this was last updated. |
