Running mustash on device is broken. All I get is a black screen after syncing to ToT early this morning and running deploy_chrome to my Pixel 1. I'm getting the following in /var/log/ui/ui.LATEST:

[15625:15705:0125/095312.445745:2263463563:ERROR:instance.cc(71)] Unable to locate service manifest for chrome_mash
[15625:15705:0125/095312.446017:2263463725:ERROR:service_manager.cc(947)] Failed to resolve service name: chrome_mash

Reverting 0a386b5d98de38051e36d314fc43a8a81f913353 fixes it. It also runs fine off device. I'm wondering if we're missing some file(s) on device now?

None of the Chrome OS mash tests have run since 0a386b5d98de38051e36d314fc43a8a81f913353 landed but they might fail on the next run.
