Reported by angeles....@lim.eu, Jan 25 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.75 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RKqRj3VgR_c
2. Reproduce video
3. Try to manage the sound via "Sound preferences"

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Sounds doesn't output, of any kind of video or audio that I'd tried to reproduce (HTML5 or not) from chromium example: youtube, dailymotion..
I'd tried to manage the sound from "Sound preferences/Applications" but this blinks and won't answer.

Did this work before? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.75 Channel: n/a
OS Version: LinuxMint 2 betsy
Flash Version: 24.0.0.194

I installed Chromium from Ubuntu Software Center which is serving(53.0.2785.143) on Ubuntu 14.04 and not seeing any ALSA plugin [Chromium] listed under System Settings>Sound>Applications.

angeles.mora@: Could you please confirm if this is still seen on the latest stable(56.0.2924.87) and link where you are downloading the Chromium and ALSA plugin?
