What is the expected behavior?
Un-expected pop-up security concern displayed on new tab.

What went wrong?
I was on Zillow website (a map to a house) https://mail.google.com/mail/ca/u/0/#inbox/159d55f17b068337 when I rec'd an unrequested pop-up (new tab opened) with Chrome logo and "Chrome Critical Update" statement, along with a "Download Now" button.
