Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. error 2. not compatible 3. No Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 first time i used to add this chrome extension . please solve my problem

Looks like the issue is that the app requires WebGL in order to run. I saw in the product forums that there were some users having issues with WebGL in Chrome 55, for example: https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!msg/chrome/Urgq5QjApz0/gIGVf9MwFAAJ @rajnisharayan, can you try the steps listed there and see if that fixes the problem? |
