Replace "&Neuer Tab" with "Neuer &Tab" to avoid collision with mi&nimize.

It would be great if "&Neuer Tab" could be changed to "Neuer &Tab", similar to the English version "New &Tab" because the current key assignment collides with "Mi&nimieren" (Minimize).

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
This is now fixed in the translation and we're now just waiting for it to push to live version.
