OS: Windows(7,8,10), Mac(10.10.5, 10.11.4), Linux(14.04 LTS).

Precondition: Navigates to few webpages such that history gets generated on chrome://history page.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://history page.
2. Click on any Actions icon to open menu list.
3. Select 'More from this site' option and observe the focus.

Focus doesn't seen on 'Search history' textbox.
Focus should seen on 'Search history' textbox.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-57 series, below is manual regression range.

Good build: 57.0.2959.0
Bad build: 57.0.2960.0
