Correspondent reference files: http://test.csswg.org/suites/css-writing-modes-3_dev/nightly-unstable/html/reference/ortho-htb-alongside-vrl-floats-006-ref.htm http://test.csswg.org/suites/css-writing-modes-3_dev/nightly-unstable/html/reference/ortho-htb-alongside-vrl-floats-014-ref.htm What went wrong? The orange rectangle is mispositioned in both tests Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? No Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 57.0.2986.0 Channel: dev OS Version: Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 11.2 r202 The 'horizontal-tb' equivalent of the ortho-htb-alongside-vrl-floats-006 test is http://www.gtalbot.org/BugzillaSection/Bug1283721-new-block-form-ctxt-alongside-floats-005.html The 'horizontal-tb' equivalent of the ortho-htb-alongside-vrl-floats-014 test is http://www.gtalbot.org/BugzillaSection/Bug1283721-ortho-htb-alongside-vrl-floats-007htb.html These are important tests to examine and understand in order to fix Chrome CSS implementation with regards to vertical writing mode. Firefox 50+ passes both tests. MS-Edge passes ortho-htb-alongside-vrl-floats-014 test and, from what I can see, MS-Edge appears to also pass ortho-htb-alongside-vrl-floats-006 test.
