Cross origin iframe blasts you with audio and loud video on page load

Issue description

Google Chrome	55.0.2883.103 (Official Build) (64-bit)
OS: 8872.73.0 (Official Build) stable-channel link

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Load https://www.cnet.com/news/new-chromebooks-for-education-will-push-ipads-out-of-schools-asus-acer-google/
(2) Blast your coworkers with audio by mistake.

This page appears to have *two* different auto play video ads with sound.

What is the expected result?

Page should not play audio on page load.

What happens instead?

Loud audio for multiple advertisements.

I realise our launch bug is lacking information but that's something we are investigating :)

Ani, here's a good example of something I think we can improve with ad iframes. Not sure if we can solve the autoplay video with sound thing, but at a minimum, we could make it so that this ad doesn't have a *tiny* pause button. We could make clicking in the ad pause the video or have a browser provided pause button that has a reasonable size.
