Short workflow: I know that there is some builder "Foo" in the bucket "bar". I'd like to be able to discover the builder page for this via luci-milo.appspot.com/ somehow. Currently I need to manually compose the url:

  https://luci-milo.appspot.com/buildbucket/bar/Foo

Which shows an awesome UI that's exactly what I want :)

I don't really have any idea of how to expose this information (e.g. UI design), just that we need some way to get there.
