Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.79 Safari/537.36 Edge/14.14393 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Opened software and had four windows open (gmail, twitter, aol, and facebook) 2. Received 'stopped responding' notice. Close through task manager. 3. Attempt to get online using other browser. Internet won't connect. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? I was using Canary as usual without any problems. The new update automatically installed, and since then it keeps freezing and I get the message 'Google Chrome is not responding.' It won't allow me to close the program, so I have to go to the task manager, where I find a dozen Chrome options open. I end task on them all, except for one that refuses to close. If I try to open Chrome again it will either not open or freeze. If I try to use another browser after getting this Chrome message it will not connect. If I try to do anything that uses the internet after receiving this message it will not connect. I am on a brand new computer and even have a new ISP and continue to have the problem. Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 51.0.2704.79 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Could you please confirm if this happens consistently on the latest chrome version as well. When you get 'Google Chrome is not responding' message, Kill the page and attach any crash id from chrome://crashes.
