Not able to use Chrome. Only will open in thumpnail will not open full page

Issue description

Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Safari:
Firefox:
IE:ok
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)google chrome app will not open to full page only thumbnail size
(2)can not on any website etc
(3)
What is the expected result? To fix and Use google chrome in normal capacity
What happens instead? I have to use Microsoft edge which does not support some of the websites I use.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Tested on mac os 10.12.2 , windows 7 and ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest stable and canary M56 #56.0.2924.76 & #58.0.2997.0 and issue is not observed. @ardfamily-- Could you please provide us the chrome version and OS details and also try a system re-start & chrome re-install and use a fresh profile ,if you can still reproduce the issue ,please write us with your observations and also possible provide a screenshot. Thanks!
