Offline pages are not going to Fullscreen

App Version:58.0.2991.0 dev
iOS Version: 9.3.5, 10.2.1
Device: iPhone7, iPad pro
URL: any

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch Google Chrome
  2. Open any webpage (ex: any wikipedia article)
  3. Add page to reading list
  4. Turn ON airplane mode
  5. Open the above webpage from Reading List
  6. Scroll down the page

Observed results: Toolbar is always visible

Expected results: Tab should goto fullscreen

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: NA
Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox: NA, Safari: NA
Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): M55 No (New feature)
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version): M56 No (New Feature)

Sadly, fullscreen is not supported in offline pages.
This is a known issue (filed in 680500) and we are working to fix it for M-58.
Keeping this instance of bug opened as the report is better.
