Addressing moblab's by their IP address is prone to people either forgetting which box has which IP address or the IP address changing. This is further complicated by the fact that moblab's have no name to verify which box you're on and also no real security (in case, for instance, one moblab owner wants to prevent other users from interacting with their box).

A simple way to address this problem is to allow a moblab to be named and for it to surface it's name in the UI.
