Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to https://www.gstatic.com/cast/sdk/samples/sender_events_example/example.html
2. Click the casting button on the page 
3. Select a cast device to connect to
4. Once connected, click cast button again

What is the expected behavior?
A modal should appear with the option to disconnect from cast device

What went wrong?
A modal appears but displays the text 'Finding devices' and a buffering icon that spins indefinitely (screenshot attached). Stays in this state until you tap to return to browser.
