Issue descriptionWe don't rely on internet connectivity for AD login, thus we shouldn't display the dinosaur on the login screen.

When I disconnected the network,It displayed dinosaur? Is this the expected behavior in M60?

Paine : 60.0.3112.59/9592.51.0. Notes:Disconnected after sign out and was trying to sign in back offline.

Without any network it should display dinosaur screen. When connected to the network without internet connection it should not.
