Chromad: Don't display dinosaur on login screen

Issue description

We don't rely on internet connectivity for AD login, thus we shouldn't display the dinosaur on the login screen.

Report ONLINE for the Active Directory devices

Even if there is no connection to the internet.  These devices does not
have to be online to reach the server

When I disconnected the network,It displayed dinosaur? Is this the expected behavior in M60?

Notes:Disconnected after sign out and was trying to sign in back offline.

Without any network it should display dinosaur screen.
When connected to the network without internet connection it should not.
