Can not install any extension, both from WebStore or unpacked own

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.75 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions 2. Choose any extension 3. Click install button What is the expected behavior? Succesfully installed extension What went wrong? Error "Installation is not allowed", without any additional description, if try install extension from WebStore. If try install own unpacked extension nothing happen - no errors and extension does not installed WebStore page: Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 55.0.2883.75 Channel: stable OS Version: Debian 9 Flash Version: This happen after last update. During update all installed extensions was removed
