Issue descriptionChrome Version: 57.0.2987.8 (Official Build)5716357fa4e765126615b02d3d6eb0da9b95a03a-refs/branch-heads/2987@{#54} 32/64-bit. OS: Windows(7,8,10), Mac(10.10.5, 10.11.4), Linux(14.04 LTS). What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome, navigate to NTP and open devtools. (2)Click 'Customize and control Dev tools'(three dot menu) then 'More tools' and select 'Remote devices' (3)Drag the devtools window towards R.H.S.(Kindly refer the video) (4)Now drag the horizontal scroll bar under 'Remote devices' towards R.H.S and observe. Actual:Unwanted white space is observed after dragging the horizontal scroll bar towards R.H.S. Expected:No such unwanted white space should be seen after dragging the horizontal scroll bar towards R.H.S. This is a Regression issue broken in M-57,will soon update other info.
