Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows-7,Mac-10.12.2 and Linux Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome version 58.0.2992.0 and stable version 55.0.2883.87 with below steps 1.Opened chrome and Visited chrome://newtab 2.Opened Dev tools Not observed any crash. Please find the attached screen-cast and please let us know if anything missed here to reproduce the issue. Thanks..
