[Chrome][M55][Android7.0] Audio is not syncronized with video when bluetooth headset is paired with device

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Turn on bluetooth 
2. Pari bluetooth headset with device
3. Launch Chrome
4. Go to "m.tv.naver.com"
5. Play any content
6. Change resolution to 270P or any one less than 360P (attachment:Change resolution to 270P.png)

What is the expected behavior?
Audio should be syncronized with video

What went wrong?
Audio is not syncronized with video.

Did this work before? N/A 

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: Android 7.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Contents of chrome://gpu: 

It works well on FireFox browser.

I believe this is fixed in latest canary. I will merge to M57 shortly. Can you test and see if your issue is resolved?
