Reduce ChromeOS calculator app overdraw

This is a good example app where overdraw is currently high but relatively easy to reduce.

Using dev-tools I was able to reduce the amount of overdraw significantly by removing "position: fixed;" on the body element and removing the "transform: transform3d(0px, 0px, 0px);" on the div with id="view9-main".
