Issue descriptionWhat steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Connect an external touchscreen display along with a second external monitor. (Total of 3 displays) (2) Interact with the external touch screen display What is the expected result? The external touchscreen device is responsive to touch events. What happens instead? The external touch screen is non responsive to touch events.
