Clicking twice rapidly on, say, "Quick LGTM" causes two messages to be sent. Would be nice to maybe institute a quick disable (1-2 seconds) after clicking to prevent this.

Since we are moving to PolyGerrit (https://polygerrit.appspot.com) this is unlikely to be fixed.
