Mac: Print dialog is completely blank |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 54.0.2840.71, 55.0.2883.95 OS: 10_12_2 What steps will reproduce the problem? I'm not sure... What is the expected result? Print dialog window loads normally What happens instead? Print dialog window is blank - see screenshots About ~20 user reports since December Examples: "cant print anything. When I click print on any website, I get a blank screen" "Everytime an automatic screen pops up to print something (like a return lablel from Amazon or Target.) The print dialog box goes blank and I can't print. PLEASE HELP!!" "blank print dialog. I can't print anything anymore." "When I try to print a web page [any page] I get a blank window and can do nothing except close the window. Very annoying. Then I have to open the same page in Safari to print it or save as PDF."

Unfortunately I was not able to get repro steps from users / googler. Also, I tried a few URLs shared by users in Feedback but cannot repro this bug. ooh - I've actually experienced this. It was a Windows 10 convertible (surface clone) - pretty low spec. I was about to catch a flight and was madly printing off a bunch of travel documents from pdf email attachments via Inbox. 2 weeks ago. stable channel. so probably m57 (maybe m56). Once in a while I'd get a completely blank print preview - waited a while but it never showed. Pressing Esc and trying again would always work, but it happened for multiple documents.

Update: I tried reproing this again on that low-spec machine without success. It was at Chrome 57.0.2987.133. There were no crashes from the day of my flight - just an OOM from ~4 days later (http://go/crash/5e5cf5df60000000 57.0.2987.110 uptime = 3 days). I suspect this was a GPU/driver issue. Three times now I've had the OS unable to create menu widgets system-wide (just the shadow gets drawn). This required a reboot, but I was tempted to blame Chrome until trying to open menus in other apps and getting the same result. It has embedded graphics: device id 0x8086 0x191e Intel(R) HD Graphics 515 (Sky Lake Integrated Graphics).
