Error when trying to pay the extension one time developer fee

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 55.0.2883.87 m URLs (if applicable) :https://chrome.google.com/webstore/developer/dashboard Other browsers tested: Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari: Firefox:FAIL IE: What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Enter credit card number and press "Buy" (2)Nothing happens. For one particular card, I receive "Please correct the card information and try again" error message. But not for the other two credit cards. (3) What is the expected result? Displaying proper error messages for FAIL or OK. What happens instead? For one particular credit card, I receive proper error message but not for the other two. I receive no error messages. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. The credit cards are master cards and belong to banks in Turkey and Denmark (debit card).
