Login fail after crash. /mount and /encrypted dump available. |
|
Issue descriptionUsing an entreprise enrolled reks. on 1/17/17 around 8:20am PST, System froze, reboot, could not re-login into gwendal@google.com. Log in as gwendal@gmail.com works. Dump /encrypted and user data using https://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/dev/developers/design-documents/encrypted-partition-recovery Looking into /./decrypted/encrypted/var/log/chrome/, it looks like after reboot chrome wanted to reauthenticate gwendal@google.com but the network (DeAnza College Wifi) was not available. Login into gwendal@gmail.com did not require early network access. It would be interesting to know why gaia was required. I enclose the 2 crashes collected in /mount/user/crash, logs from /mount/user/log, and /mnt/encrypted of the machine is available at: https://gwendal.users.x20web.corp.google.com/www/no_crawl/encrypted_login_failure.tar.gz Let me know which part of /mount is needed (there is personal info there :-)). |
