Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. open my app after upgrade webview 2. data localstorage not found 3. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Some questions: - You upgraded WebView from which version to which version? (You say "56.0.2924.68" both times.) - Did you uninstall or downgrade at any point between? - Is local storage data saved after the upgrade retained? - It'd be helpful if you could provide the exact app code that hits this problem.

I get no repro updating from 55 to 56. I installed 55.0.2883.105, then went to https://codepen.io/gab/pen/AxFoB in the test shell and saved some text, then installed 56.0.2924.68, then re-opened the shell and my text was still there.

I think we should wait to see if the reporter has any additional information that might help with the repro. The Needs-Feedback label will cause the bug to come back to my attention in 30 days. If we don't have additional information, I can WontFix the bug then.
