Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/55.0.2883.87 Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create a JSON Blob with a App manifest inside. 2. Create a new link element and add an object url to the Blob as href. 3. Add link to head. What is the expected behavior? Should see manifest in devtools/application and be able to add site to homescreen. What went wrong? This does work in that the manifest does show up in dev tools after opening and closing, so the manifest is valid. However when trying to add to homescreen it returns the error. Site cannot be installed: the page has no manifest <link> URL Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87 Channel: stable OS Version: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS Flash Version:
