Source mapping inline Javascript styles

Reported by mr.alans...@gmail.com, Jan 23 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.95 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Update an elements CSS using JS
2. Inspect the element in devtools style section
3. Style is displayed at the top (element.style) without source listed

What is the expected behavior?
It would be very useful to be able to link back to the exact line of whichever script is causing this styling. Similar to how you can link back to the line of script causing any issues logged on the console.

What went wrong?
This would speed up debugging significantly when working with others code.

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.95 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.12.2
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

This would make devtools even more awesome

We don't have plans to work on this in the upcoming year. If you think this feature is important and should be implemented, please re-file with justification.

Thanks.
