Regression : Wi-Fi Connecting Indication is not seen in Wi-Fi Logo of "Connect to Network" screen

Chrome Version: 57.0.2984.0/9210.0.0 Dev-channel Daisy,Candy, Peppy and Mighty
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build -> In OOBE screen Click on "Let's go" so that "Connect to Network" screen is seen
(2)Now select any network->Enter password and now observe for 'Connecting Indication' in Wi-Fi Logo (Please refer Video)

Note : At Uber Tray we can see 'Wi-Fi Connecting Indication'

Expected: Wi-Fi Connecting Indication should be seen in Wi-Fi Logo after connecting to Network
Actual: Instead Wi-Fi Connecting Indication is not seen

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in 56.0.2924.67/9000.66.0 Beta-channel Quawks
