by test to know WebView behavior: 件、年、果、前, the 4 words only exist on Chinese font, so the Punctuation Mark follow Chinese font. 資、私, the 2 words also exist on JPN font,so the Punctuation Mark follow JPN font. The behavior is different on framework, Frmaework behavior is JPN font should be first priority when system language under JAN, we find WebView use XinGothic-HTC-Regular.ttx (信黑體), and the Punctuation Mark under XinGothic-HTC-Regular.ttx (信黑體) just same as NotoSansJP-Regular.ttx (日文字型)
