Regression: In Sign in overlay, unwanted blink of error message is seen on Back navigation.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 58.0.2989.0 (Official Build) canary 0e57e2b832467da3c87f665e641fafecddd40322-refs/heads/master@{#445281} (32/64-bit)
OS: Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.1), Linux (14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, click on avatar icon and select Sign in to chrome.
2) Click on ‘More options’ and then click on ‘Find my account’.
3) Enter some numbers in Phone number field and then click on ‘NEXT’ button.
4) Now click on ‘Back’ button and observe at the bottom of First name textfield.

Blink of error message is seen below First name textfield.

No such blink of error message should be seen.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-51, will soon update other info

This is low priority. Mihai - this looks like a bug from the GAIA side, right? Should we mark this as WontFix and file a bug on GAIA?
