THIS SITE CAN'T PROVIDE SECURE CONNECTION

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. This site can’t provide a secure connection

www.facebook.com didn’t accept your login certificate, or one may not have been provided.
Try contacting the system admin.
ERR_BAD_SSL_CLIENT_AUTH_CERT 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?

I CANT OPEN THE WEBSITE

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0
 
Components: Internals>Network>SSL
Could any one from SSL team can look in to this issue?

ERR_BAD_SSL_CLIENT_AUTH_CERT should be a client certificate error.

davidben@, could you take a look on this issue?
Yup, wait on a net-internals log. Although I see comment #1 did not link to the instructions. I would have said this is probably just some firewall, but  issue #646567  is in M55, so I'm a little confused.

Anyway, here are the instructions:
