Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2986.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: According to https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/chrome/I46pm9g1PSs chrome://history should be a material design page. Though, if I visit this page, I still get the old layout What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? chrome://history ain't material design Did this work before? Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7, Mac 10.12.2 & Linux Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome stable #55.0.2883.87 , Canary #58.0.2992.0 & reported version#57.0.2986.0. @Reporter, Please check the flag " Enable Material Design history " in chrome://flags page & should be either Enable/Default . Please find the attached screencast for reference. Thanks.

When I logged this, the flag was on enabled. Then I changed it to default which didn't change anything
