Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Add View HTML Source on Android, else it is a big hassle for the user to have to find some app to do it. Thank you..

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
No other way to do it.

Did this work before? No

@jidanni -- Thank You for the report. Could you please upgrade your Chrome to Latest Stable# 62.0.3202.84 and provide us the device, OS details and also the screen cast of the issue if reproducible.

I'm saying that you should add a "View HTML Source" button in Android Chrome Canary.
Of course if this is too much of a luxury on a cellphone, then I'll accept WONTFIX.
