What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log into two profiles.
2. Enable 'auto-hide shelf' on one profile.
3. Move to the other (using shortcut or menu).
4. Enable 'auto-hide shelf' on the other profile.
5. Move back to the original profile.

What is the expected result?
Auto-hide should still be enabled.

What happens instead?
Auto-hide is no longer enabled.

Note that this occurs for both auto-hide and shelf position.
