Distorted tab layout where tabs are overlapping |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: M57+ (Starting 57.0.2982.0 canary) OS: Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open a few tabs (2) Close a tab What is the expected result? Closed tab should not leave closed tab overlay (animation) What happens instead? This isn't actionable as-is; it's not clear when/how this occurs or what's going on. I'd be most inclined to suspect graphics driver issues or issues with third-party software. To take action, we'd need to know obvious things like whether this occurs with older versions of Chrome on the same machine at the same time, whether it occurs with other apps, whether the drivers are up to date, whether there is any other third-party software on the machine that might be injecting itself into Chrome, whether the problem appears all the time and how easy it is to reproduce, etc.
