What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open the Remote Desktop app on Android (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.chromeremotedesktop)
(2) Tap on a host to connect to it.
(3) See the "Authenticate to host" dialog, asking for a PIN.

What is the expected result?
The numeric keyboard should appear immediately, letting you type in the PIN.

What happens instead?
There's a flashing caret in the input box, but no keyboard appears until you tap the input box.
