ChromeVox is throwing console errors when switching tabs while it still is reading text

Issue description
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. get ChromeVox to start reading large amount of text
2. switch tabs
What is the expected behavior?
no error should occur
What went wrong?
I got the following error:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'getClientRects' of undefined
at cvox.ActiveIndicator.clientRectsFromNodes_ (chromeVoxChromePageScript.js:1229)

Unable to reproduce the issue on latest Chrome stable i.e., 55.0.2883.87 on Windows 7,Windows 10 and Mac. cc'ing dtseng@ and dmazzoni@

Can't reproduce. Please include a log. (open ChromeVox options, replace /options.html/ with background.html and open the developer console).

I was able to constantly reproduce this however this morning i can not if i happen to reproduce it i will be sure to let you know.
