Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.95 Safari/537.36 Platform: 8872.76.0 (Official Build) stable-channel chell Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Run an app in single app kiosk mode. 2. Type something in a spellcheck enabled input 3. Misspell something 4. Open the context menu for that misspelled word (right click) What is the expected behavior? 1. That the spellcheck menu option for switching language should be present. 2. That the context menu should give spelling suggestions on errors. What went wrong? There is no context options for changing the language it defaults to for the spelling error detection. e.g. it spellchecks English but i wan't to write something in Swedish. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 55.0.2883.105 Channel: stable OS Version: 55.0.2883.105 (Official Build) (64-bit) Flash Version: 24.0.0.186 The context menu options for spelling suggestions and language options are only unavailable when running in kiosk mode. We are building an packaged kiosk app for digital exams on chromebooks and a lot of essay type tests would require some basic spellcheck functionality. Here is a kiosk enabled packaged app i built for verifying this behavior: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/spellcheck-tester/cgoigmemjbkaihmmbbncgcmjeahgbbim
